All of us at Iron Horse are very proud to announce that we have a new chef here at the winery: Ruben Gomez who comes to us from Applewood Inn and before that the members-only Mayacama Golf Club. Ruben’s style is to prepare an outline of a menu … and then that morning walk through the garden picking what’s best and fresh and most flavorful to add in the nuances. His food is intensely flavorful and satisfying and matches beautifully with our wines.

To let you know, Chef Christopher Greenwald has “moved on” after five years with our family to start his own catering company called Bay Laurel Culinary.
