2005 Estate ChardonnayOur concentration on Estate Chardonnay is bearing delicious fruit. We are successfully adding new layers and complexity to our Estate bottling without resorting to more oak and ML. For us, malo-lactic fermentation is simply an acid balancing tool – not a stylistic component, and we feel very strongly about keeping the oak beautifully integrated in the wine. Food PairingEnjoy with corn soup, rainbow trout, sole, halibut with mushrooms and asparagus, salmon, steamed lobster, lemon roast checken served with jasmine rice, veal chop, anything with a cream sauce, goat cheese, walnuts - in other words, as often as possible.AccoladesThe current vintage was awarded 93 points by Wine and Spirits and 90 pints by Wine Enthusiast.
