Bubbles & Bouquets

Spend a lovely Sunday evening at Iron Horse Vineyards with Daughter’s Dahlias & Blooms for a hands-on dahlia bouquet workshop set against our sweeping vineyard views.

Owner and sustainable flower grower Jenny Tamayo will begin with a short talk on dahlia varieties, growing tips, and seasonal care, followed by a live bouquet-building demonstration. Guests will then choose from buckets of freshly harvested dahlias and lush foliage to create their own hand-wrapped arrangement to take home.

All materials will be provided, including snips, paper, ribbon, flower food, and a printed guide with Jenny’s tips.

Guests leave with a beautiful self-made bouquet, new skills, and a lasting sparkling Iron Horse memory.

Ticket price includes one glass of sparkling wine. Additional glasses and bottle service will be available for purchase.
